| Positioning of Industrial Park: As the research and development of high and new technology industries of ship, sea and river are relatively late in China, and lag behind the foreign countries obviously, the industrial park will mainly introduce foreign small- and medium-sized enterprises into the park to conduct the transfer, research and development of achievements and attract overseas hi-tech talents to start business in the industrial park; thereby to rapidly increase the science and technology content of related industry focuses of the industrial park and drive the development of domestic technologies in high speed relying on the foreign vanguard technologies. |
